Nottingham Forest signed Joe Lolley during the January transfer window.

Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social media site Twitter to lavish praise on new signing Joe Lolley following his impressive performance in the 2-1 win over Birmingham City.
The Reds picked up their second successive victory in the Championship, pulling themselves clear of a potential relegation dogfight and leaving rivals Birmingham fearing for their survival.
Aitor Karanka did not make the best of starts at Forest, losing five of his first six league fixtures, but the Tricky Trees are now unbeaten in four games and they appearing to be much more solid throughout.

Several new arrivals have certainly helped their cause, including defensive midfield duo Ben Watson and Jack Colback, but on Saturday it was another new addition who made all the difference.
Lolley joined the East Midlands side in January on a four-and-a-half-year deal, moving down from Premier League side Huddersfield Town in order to get more regular first-team football.
The 25-year-old has made quite an impression at the City Ground, starting the past three games and recording two goals and two assists as Forest have collected seven points.

Lolley got Forest off to the perfect start, linking up with fellow midfielders Lee Tomlin and Matty Cash to drive forward and fire home from the edge of the box after just six minutes.
While the game was quite scrappy, expectedly considering the visitors’ position in the table, Forest had that extra quality in the final third and their work-rate made it difficult for the Blues to gain any momentum.

Lolley took four shots in total, while also contributing with two key passes, two tackles and three interceptions.
Taking to Twitter after the game, Forest fans were excited by their new addition and feel he could turn out to be a cracking signing for the club.
