Arsenal go in to the upcoming North London derby in fine form.

Former player and current pundit Alan Shearer believes Arsenal have improved this season but will need to maintain their current form if they hope to win the title come next May, Coral report.
The Gunners have bounced back brilliantly after taking just one point in their opening two matches, winning seven of their last eight league games to leave them within two points of top spot.
Arsenal head in to this weekend’s North London derby with the undefeated Tottenham Hotspur as the form team in the league, and many feel this season could finally be the year they win the title.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
When asked to give his thoughts, Shearer feels that Arsenal have improved from last season but adds it’s too early for title talk as over the years the Gunners have found themselves in a similar position.
“They have improved. They are a better team this year than they have been last year or the year before. Whether they can go on and win it, I think that’s too early to ask because we’ve seen it from Arsenal many times,” Shearer told Coral.
“They’re going to have to go out and play like this for the rest of the season if they want to go on and win the Premier League.”
Arsenal’s Shkodran Mustafi
Aside from going well in the league, Arsenal have also impressed in the Champions League and are through to the last eight in the League Cup after recently seeing off Championship side Reading 2-0.
The Gunners have over the years threatened to challenge for the title only to fall away in the second half of the campaign, yet this season there does seem to be more of a resilience about them.
Playing Alexis Sanchez through the middle has given them a different kind of threat upfront, while in defence they look as solid as they have done for years with new signing Shkodran Mustafi impressing.
