Real Madrid’s Isco would be a fantastic addition for Tottenham Hotspur.

According to a poll recently conducted by HITC, 94% of the Tottenham Hotspur fans who voted believe the club should break the bank to bring in Real Madrid playmaker Isco this coming summer.

The Spain international’s future at Madrid has been thrown up in the air in recent weeks, with the player himself telling reporters over the past couple of days of his unhappiness in the Spanish capital.

Isco netted a wonderful hat-trick during Spain’s 6-1 demolition of Argentina on Monday, and afterwards told the press the reason behind his top form for the 2010 World Cup winners is down to confidence placed in him.

Real Madrid have a host of top players at the Bernabeu, and as such Isco isn’t a regular starter, often being alternated between Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio and Lucas Vasquez as Zinedine Zidane shuffles the pack.

A recent report in the Mirror claimed Manchester City are confident they can land the player for £75 million this summer, but City boss Pep Guardiola may have competition for his signature.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan, previously admitting to AS that he is one of the best players in the world and hinted Spurs would love to sign him if he ever became available.

Well, Tottenham may now be in a position to throw their hat in the ring for his signature, and Isco would certainly be a loved player at White Hart Lane and treated like an indispensable member of the first-team squad.

Participating in a poll conducted by HITC, 94% Tottenham fans polled believe the club should smash their transfer record to sign him, while likely making him their highest earner in the process.

It isn’t really in Spurs’ nature to splash big money on one particular player, yet 25-year-old Isco could take them to a new level altogether and he has years ahead of him at the very top level.

The former Malaga man played a key role in Madrid’s La Liga and Champions League double last term, yet for some reason or another he isn’t considered a star player at the Santiago Bernabeu.
