Liverpool left-back Kostas Tsimikas has told talkSPORT that Mohamed Salah will play against Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
The Greece international left-back has said that he has spoken to his Liverpool teammate Salah about his injury.
And, according to Tsimikas, the Egypt international forward is confident that he will recover from the injury he suffered against Chelsea in the FA Cup final at the weekend.
Salah had a groin problem in the first half of the match at Wembley Stadium in London and had to be taken off.
Liverpool won the FA Cup final against Chelsea on penalties.
Kostas Tsimikas on Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah
Tsimikas told talkSPORT about Salah: “I think Mo is very very smart, I think he went out early.
“I said to him, because we spoke before he says it’s not something important and I’m looking forward to seeing him again in the final.”

Encouraging
In our opinion, Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah potentially playing against Real Madrid in the Champions League final is great news for the Premier League club.
Salah has not been in great form in recent weeks, but he is a potent forward who can be relied upon to bang in the goals in big games.
Madrid have a good team and are a force to be reckoned with, and having Salah in the starting lineup would make Liverpool better equipped to win the Champions League final later this month.
Salah has scored 22 goals and provided 13 assists in the Premier League and has scored eight goals and given two assists in the Champions League for Liverpool this season.
