Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Troy Parrott for MK Dons today.

Parrott was in action for MK Dons in their League One game against Wycombe Wanderers at home this afternoon.

The 19-year-old striker scored from the penalty spot in the 40th minute.

MK Dons won 1-0.

Parrott joined MK Dons on loan from Premier League club Tottenham in the summer transfer window.

As you can see from the tweets below, Tottenham fans were impressed by the display and the goal from Parrott.

Well, some of them anyway.

One Spurs fan has even said that the 19-year-old is showing Arsenal attacker Bukayo Saka how to do it.

Now, that is a bit of an exaggeration.

Saka, like Parrott, is young, but the 20-year-old is playing regularly in the Premier League for Arsenal and was also part of the England squad that reached the Euro 2020 final in the summer.

Tottenham-owned Parrott has played seven times for the Republic of Ireland national football team.

The youngster is doing well for MK Dons at the moment.

We have to remember that the striker is only 19, and going out on loan this season is only going to help him in his development and progress as a footballer.
