Ryan Garcia’s growing presence online has brought him into unexpected circles, including a recent livestream alongside rapper Trippie Redd.
Redd, a rapper known for blending hip-hop and rock influences with over 24 million monthly listeners on Spotify, joined Garcia’s stream last week.
Their interaction appeared casual at the time, with no immediate signs of tension between the two.
However, days later, a viral clip emerged of Garcia referencing a “dark energy” around Redd when they spoke about religion. That remark quickly gained traction online, prompting a sharp and public response from the musician on social media.
Trippie Redd launches strong accusations at Ryan Garcia online

Redd responded directly on X, posting a series of messages that included serious allegations about Garcia’s behaviour during his career as an elite-level athlete.
Among those messages, the rapper stated: “N––– mad I ain’t wanna box with his sorry a––. I’m Trippie Redd n–––, go play with Gorlock or sumn this ain’t that.”
Garcia did not directly respond to the accusations but posted a brief message on X shortly after, writing: “Demons are angry.”
Ryan Garcia’s recent online clashes continue to grow
This exchange adds to a pattern of recent online disputes involving Garcia, as the boxer has increasingly engaged with other public figures through livestreams and social media.
He recently clashed with UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan, another guest who appeared on his stream. That situation appeared to cool quickly after initial exchanges.
The situation with Trippie Redd, however, shows no immediate signs of resolution and may continue to escalate.
