West Brom take on Leeds on Friday in a crucial Championship clash.

Darren Moore has been quoted by West Bromwich Albion’s official website as saying that Hal Robson-Kanu, Ahmed Hegazi and Jacob Murphy could feature against Leeds United on Friday.
Attackers Murphy and Robson-Kanu both missed West Brom’s last outing, which saw the Baggies lose 1-0 to second-placed Sheffield United in what was another important Championship fixture.
Centre-back Hegazi was taken off in the 64th minute of the defeat, which saw Kieran Dowell score the only goal of the game from attacking midfield with a well-placed header.
Given that all three players are integral parts of Moore’s side, fans will have been forgiven for being worried ahead of Friday night’s clash which sees them go up against third-placed Leeds. But Moore has said all three could play.
“We’re pleased to have Ahmed back in training,” Moore said. “He was back in training yesterday (Wednesday) and did some work. Looking at all the signs yesterday, he looked well, he looked fine.
“We’ll train again today (Thursday) to see if he’s had any reactions at all. Yesterday it was wonderful to see him out there. And good to see Hal back as well. It’s nice to see them back on the training pitch. Jacob had a run out yesterday as well.”
“We’ll assess all three players because, obviously, they’ve all come back. You want them to have a training session but then you don’t want them to have any reactions.”

Hegazi, 28, has been a regular in Moore’s side, playing 29 of West Brom’s 34 Championship matches. Meanwhile, Robson-Kanu has also managed 25 outings but some of those have been from the bench. He has scored just four goals.
Murphy has hit the ground running at Hawthorns since joining the club on loan from Newcastle United, scoring two goals in just five games against QPR and Nottingham Forest.
A win for West Brom and they will close the gap on Leeds to just a point, but if Leeds win, they will return to the top of the table.
