HITC Sport understands Burnley, Sunderland and Reading are chasing Preston star.

Premier League Burnley and Championship duo Sunderland and Reading are eyeing moves for Preston North End midfielder Ben Pearson, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Pearson has impressed at Preston since joining the club in January 2016 from Manchester United.
Pearson started his career at Manchester United, but never made a first-team appearance during his time at Old Trafford.
The all-action midfielder has made over 50 appearances for Preston since his arrival at Deepdale and is regarded as one of the best midfielders in the Championship.
Burnley are in the market for midfield reinforcements after losing out to Swansea for Hull’s Sam Clucas and Pearson is on Sean Dyche’s radar.

Sunderland boss Simon Grayson is a big fan of Pearson having signed him while he was in charge of Preston and he would love to be reunited with him at the Stadium of Light.
Reading are also looking for a tenacious, box-to-box midfielder and Pearson figures highly on their wanted list.
Preston would be reluctant to lose a key performer like Pearson, but they are bracing themselves for offers for the 22-year-old before the close of the transfer window.
