It is a massive game, and one that could play a big role in deciding whether the title ends up at Ibrox or at Celtic Park.
Former West Ham United and Manchester City winger Sinclair is a Celtic fan, and he hopes that Duffy, on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion, helps the Hoops keep a clean sheet against the Gers.

Rangers are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 59 points from 21 matches.
Steven Gerrard’s side are as many as 16 points clear of second-placed and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic.
However, the Hoops have played 18 games in the league and have won their last six matches in all competitions.
A win for Celtic will be massive for Neil Lennon’s side and will make the title race hugely interesting and exciting, but victory for Rangers could make them feel invincible and would enhance their confidence.
