Trevor Sinclair has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to fellow pundit Simon Jordan’s comments on Manchester City’s win against Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this past weekend.
Chelsea suffered a 1-0 defeat to City in London in the Premier League.
Gabriel Jesus scored the only goal of the match in the second half.
Former Crystal Palace chairman and talkSPORT pundit Jordan has played down the importance of the win for the Premier League champions.
Ex-City winger Sinclair has responded to Jordan’s comments, as you can see below.
You would find it hard to find a person who will say that City did not deserve the win against Chelsea.
Yes, it was only a 1-0 win, but the Citizens were hugely dominating and overpowered Chelsea.
Tuchel’s side did not have a single shot on target.

City took as many 15 shots, although admittedly only four were on target.
Now, it was a big win for City, but it is not season-defining.
No, not at all.
After all, it is only late September.
The title is not won or lost now.
What the win has done is remind everyone just how good City are.
After all, this is the same City side that comfortably won the Premier League title last season.
