West Ham United won against Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday.
West Ham United returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Hammers got the better of fellow relegation candidates Swansea City 1-0 at the London Stadium. Cheikhou Kouyate scored the only goal of the match in the 44th minute.
Trevor Sinclair was following the game, and the former West Ham United winger was pleased with the win.
Sinclair has also praised 27-year-old West Ham United player Cheikhou Kouyate, who can operate as a midfielder or as a defender.
The win against Swansea was West Ham’s first in the Premier League in six and gives them a good chance of retaining their top-flight status for next season.
Slaven Bilic’s side are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with 36 points from 32 matches.
The Hammers are now eight points above the bottom three, and if they are able to get a couple of wins, then they should be able to ascertain their position in the Premier League for the 2017-18 campaign.
