Tottenham Hotspur have signed Davinson Sanchez from Ajax in the summer transfer window.
Former Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United winger Trevor Sinclair has stated on social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur signing Davinson Sanchez from Ajax shows how well regarded they are.
Premier League club Tottenham have signed Sanchez from Dutch giants Ajax in the summer transfer window.
According to a statement on the Eredivisie outfit’s official website, the transfer fee is €40 million (£36.6m) and could rise to €42m (£38.4m) with add-ons.
Spanish giants Barcelona and Italian club Inter Milan were interested in the 21-year-old Colombia international central defender, according to Sky Sports.

Sinclair believes that Sanchez choosing Spurs over Barca and Inter shows just how well regarding the North London club and their manager Mauricio Pochettino are.

Tottenham kicked off their 2017-18 Premier League campaign with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park last weekend.
Spurs will take on London rivals Chelsea at the Wembley Stadium in their next league game this weekend.
