Should Scotland include Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers in their set-up?

Former Queens Park Rangers and West Ham United winger Trevor Sinclair has suggested on social networking site Twitter that the Scottish FA should ask Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers to be an advisor.
Sinclair made the suggestion following Scotland’s failure to progress to the 2018 World Cup playoffs.

Rodgers has been in charge of Celtic since the summer of 2016 and has done a wonderful job at Celtic Park so far.
Under the former Liverpool and Swansea City manager, the Hoops have played wonderful football and have progressed to the Champions League for two seasons in a row.
Players such as Scott Brown, Leigh Griffiths and Stuart Armstrong have improved under Rodgers.

It would make sense for the Scottish FA to have Rodgers in their set-up as an advisor, but it could affect his work at Celtic.
After all, Rodgers has a lot to do at Celtic Park, especially if the Bhoys are to make themselves regulars in the Champions League in the coming years.
