Celtic-mad Trevor Sinclair has stated on Twitter that Scott Brown has had an ‘incredible stint’ at the club.

On Thursday afternoon, Celtic announced on their official website that their club legend will bring to an end his 14-year stay at Paradise.

The 35-year-old midfielder will move to Aberdeen where he will take over a player-coach role next season.

Brown will no doubt leave a big void in the Celtic dressing room and out on the pitch after winning an incredible 22 trophies with the Bhoys.

Former England winger, Sinclair, who is often seen supporting Celtic on his social media account, sent this message to the Parkhead legend.

One thing is for sure, there will never be another Scott Brown and his departure will hit the club hard next season.

Whether you love him or you loathe him, one thing Brown always did was entertain you, and that was proven more so during Old Firm clashes.

From that famous celebration in front of El Hadji Diouf to his winding up of Alfredo Morelos during recent clashes with Rangers.

Then it’s his influence on the pitch, to drag the team forward, pushing them over that trophy line again and again.

And also being that leader away from the cameras. But next season, he starts a new chapter at Pittodrie.
