Marko Arnautovic’s future at West Ham United is wrapped up in uncertainty.

Trevor Sinclair has taken to Twitter to defend West Ham United co-chairmen David Gold and David Sullivan and vice-chairman Karren Brady amid uncertainty over the future of Marko Arnautovic.
Arnautovic’s brother, Danijel Arnautovic, has told talkSPORT that the Austria international wants to leave West Ham in the January transfer window and move to China.
BBC Sport has quoted a West Ham spokesman as saying that the club will not sell the 29-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger.
Former West Ham winger Sinclair has given his take on the situation, and has defended Gold, Sullivan and Brady on Twitter.

Marko Arnautovic exit
If Arnautovic wants to leave and is adamant about doing so, then West Ham could end up selling the former Stoke City star.
After all, there is no point in keeping hold of a player who does not want to be there.
Gold, Sullivan and Brady must not be blamed, though, if the 29-year-old does leave, as it is clear that it is the player who wants to go, not that the club officials want to cash in.
