The former West Ham midfielder wasn’t at all boastful after the east London side’s famous win at Liverpool…
As a BBC pundit, Trevor Sinclair should remain impartial. As a former West Ham United midfielder, however, that’s not quite the case.
Indeed, Sinclair added insult to injury on Twitter during West Ham’s famous 3-0 win at Liverpool on Saturday afternoon. Brendan Rodgers’ men were shocking at Anfield but the east London side equally earned their win with some outstanding organisational efficiency.
Cue a series of tweets from Sinclair that weren’t boastful at all…
Meanwhile, Karren Brady also took to Twitter with a more measured reaction after West Ham’s 3-0 win at Liverpool.
Manuel Lanzini opened the scoring for the Hammers, before Mark Noble doubled the lead and Diafra Sakho added a third late on.
West Ham’s weird start to the season continues, then, with Slaven Bilic boasting a 100 per cent away record – consisting of wins at Arsenal and Liverpool that leave them with five goals scored and none conceded.
At home, though, Bilic’s men have lost two and conceded six. It was a far better day to be a Hammer than a Red on Saturday, however, as West Ham ran riot an Anfield.
