The broadcasting legend is a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan.

Trevor McDonald has revealed one question that he would ask Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine is under pressure in North London following a disastrous start to the new season.
Tottenham, who were eliminated from the Carabao Cup by a League Two side, have lost 7-2 to Bayern Munich and 3-0 at Brighton & Hove Albion earlier this month.
On Saturday, Spurs failed to get back to winning ways by drawing 1-1 at home to Watford, with a late and dubious equaliser from Dele Alli sparing their blushes somewhat.
And the 80-year-old broadcasting legend and lifelong Lilywhite has revealed that he would ask Pochettino just how he’s going to turn around the club’s fortunes.
Speaking on Alan Brazil’s show on talkSPORT this morning [22/10], McDonald said when asked what question he would put to Pochettino: “I would probably try as delicately as I can to find out how he’s going to turn this around. It’s what everybody wants to know.”
Tottenham could and should get back to winning ways tonight by hosting Crvena Zvezda in the Champions League but, on this form, it wouldn’t be a major surprise if they struggled again.
Pochettino’s side are seventh in the Premier League table, 13 points behind Liverpool at the summit.
