Chelsea youngster Trevoh Chalobah has posted a two-word message on Twitter amid speculation that West Bromwich Albion want to sign him.

West Bromwich Albion interest

The Express & Star reported last week that West Brom are interested in signing Chalobah from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The report claimed that the Baggies are in talks with the 22-year-old, who can play as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder.

Talks are progressing well.

Chelsea could simply let the youngster leave and not ask for a transfer fee.

We covered the report here on HITC Sport.

Trevoh Chalobah tweet

Chalobah is back in pre-season training with Chelsea, and the youngster has posted the following message and photo on Twitter.

Some West Brom fans have responded to the Chelsea player’s post, as you can see below.

Trevoh Chalobah to West Brom?

Chalobah has been at Chelsea since 2007 and has come through the academy.

However, the English youngster has yet to establish himself in the Blues’ first team.

It is hard to see the 22-year-old become a regular in Thomas Tuchel’s first team now.

A move to West Brom would make sense.

The Baggies, who will play in the Championship next season after getting relegated from the Premier League, clearly want Chalobah.
