Liverpool drew with Everton at Goodison Park today and are now a point being leaders Manchester City.

Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has taken to Twitter to send a strong message for the fans and for Manchester City following his side’s failure to win against Everton.

Jurgen Klopp’s side played out a goalless draw with Everton away from home at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

The result means that Liverpool are now second in the Premier League table with 70 points from 29 matches, a point behind leaders Manchester City.

Alexander-Arnold featured for the Reds against the Toffees, and the 20-year-old England international right-back has sent a strong message on Twitter.

Liverpool’s performance against Everton was not great, and the Reds’ fans will be disappointed with the final result.

The Merseyside outfit’s recent performances and results have not been great, and it is clear that Klopp’s side have to step up.

There are still enough games for Liverpool to catch City, but the Reds have to put together a run of positive results now.
