Liverpool star James Milner has sent a message to his teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold on Instagram after hearing that the right-back will miss the Euro 2020 finals due to injury.
As reported by BBC Sport, FourFourTwo and The Athletic among other media outlets this evening, Alexander-Arnold will not play for England at the upcoming European Championship?
Why?
Because the Liverpool right-back suffered a thigh injury against Austria on Wednesday evening.
The 22-year-old suffered the injury late in the friendly game.
Scans have shown that the Premier League and Champions League winner has suffered a quad tear.
The defender will now reportedly be out of action for around six weeks.
This means that Alexander-Arnold will not play for England at the Euro 2020 finals.

Liverpool star and former England international Milner has sent a message of support to the right-back, and so has ex-Arsenal and Three Lions right-back Lee Dixon.
It will be a massive disappointment for Alexander-Arnold to miss out on the Euros.
Alexander-Arnold is one of the best young right-backs in the world and is an absolute joy to watch.
The 22-year-old would have made England a better team at the Euros.
It will now be interesting to see who replaces Alexander-Arnold in the Three Lions’ squad.
