Arsenal, Real Madrid, QPR, Manchester United and Chelsea are all the talk of the papers today. Get the latest here.

The transfer window may be closed, but the rumour mill keeps on moving…

The Robin van Persie transfer talk has begun to click into gear after a quiet January.

We think if Arsenal reach the Champions League he will stay, but if not he could call it quits.

Today’s Mail reports than Real Madrid have made him their number one striking target for the summer.

They would have to battle bitter rivals Barcelona who could also seek to reunite him with Cesc Fabregas.

Van Persie to Madrid?

The Sun reports that on loan QPR full-back Taye Taiwo is desperate for a permanent move.

He says over at AC Milan the coach and fans never believed in him and he in enjoying his time in England so far.

Early days yet! Still, we reckon QPR should try and get this one tied up as soon as possible, he has looked good so far and could easily play for one of the top seven sides.

Taiwo to stay?

The Andrei Arshavin talk is still rumbling on, we still feel it would be pointless for Arsenal to sell him now.

If they did then they wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in, do they need one? Well if they start to suffer injuries he could still be needed this season.

The Russian transfer window is still open, and the latest reports say he is craving a move to former club Zenit St Petersburg.

Arshavin off?

The Mirror are reporting that Chelsea are targeting Juventus midfielder Milos Krasic.

The good news for them is that Krasic is set to snub a move to Zenit in Russia.

This could mean Zenit may step up their bid for Arshavin, who knows.

Krasic has been linked with English clubs a number of times, and we’re not sure there is anything in the Chelsea talk.

Krasic to Chelsea?

And finally, it’s Wesley Sneijder. He told the Mail today he would have considered a move to Manchester United if a bid came in on deadline day.
Well its a bit pointless issuing a ‘come and get me pleas’ now.

Give it up Wesley!
