Manchester City, Wolves, Arsenal, West Ham United and Doncaster are all the talk of the papers today. Get the latest here.

The transfer window may be closed, but the rumour mill keeps on moving…

It is no secret AC Milan are huge fans of Mario Balotelli and he himself has said one day he wants to move there.

But the latest is that Milan are ready to hold off on a summer swoop after learning that Balotelli has no plans to leave Manchester City.

The striker’s agent had recently threatened that Balotelli was ready to quit English football after being ‘victimised’ with his four-match ban for kicking Scott Parker in the head.

So it is good news all round that Super Mario wants to stay, the Premier League would be a far duller place without him.

The Sun report that Arsene Wenger is preparing to launch a bid to bring Eden Hazard to Arsenal.

Teenager Hazard currently plays for Lille alongside Joe Cole and is recognised as one of the stars of the future in world football.

Arsenal will have to battle Chelsea and Manchester City for his signature along with Real Madrid.

Arsenal’s chances of landing Hazard likely land on them finishing fourth in the league, allowing them to offer Hazard Champions League football.

A report in The Mail reports that Arsenal are also hot on the heels of teenager Jamaal Lascelles.

Lascelles is currently at Nottingham Forest and made his debut for them last week.

He is just 18 and plays in defence, and Tottenham are also interested.

Forest would be gutted to see him leave, after Chelsea swooped for teenage striker Patrick Bamford on deadline day.

The latest transfer news from the Championship is that West Ham are to loan out Frederic Piquionne to Doncaster for the rest of the season.

The former Portsmouth striker is currently out of favour at the Hammers, and at 33 just wants to play first team football.

Birmingham were also interested, but the Mirror report that Doncaster are close to sealing a loan deal.

He would replace Billy Sharp, who Doncaster sold in the transfer window to West Ham’s promotion rivals Southampton.

The Mirror also reveal that Wolves have made Huddersfield striker Jordan Rhodes their number one summer target.

Rhodes has scored 27 times in 25 games this season and has previously been linked with Tottenham, Liverpool, Newcastle, and West Ham.

The paper report that Wolves sent scouts to watch him against MK Dons at the weekend and will continue to monitor him for the rest of the season.
