Manchester United look set to add a new goalkeeper with free agent Thomas Strakosha poised to arrive. The Albanian international is poised to join United after leaving Lazio this summer and will serve as backup to David De Gea next season. (90Min)
Rangers are on the verge of signing winger Rabbi Matondo from Schalke. The Welsh international speedster will be making a €3million (£2.6million) move to Ibrox having returned to Germany from a loan spell at Cercle Brugge. (Sport1)
Just as Matondo comes in though, Rangers have lost a key man. Midfielder Joe Aribo has decided to leave Ibrox in order to join Southampton, completing a four-year deal with the Saints. (Southampton official website)
Celtic are in contact over a deal to sign Jordan Larsson – the son of former Bhoys hero Henrik Larsson. The Swede has terminated his contract at Spartak Moscow and a move to Parkhead is a real possibility, though Nottingham Forest have also been in contact. (Sky Sports)
Chelsea have now reached an agreement to sign Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling. City have decided to sell Sterling before his contract expires in 2023, with the Blues now paying around £47.5million to land Sterling as the first major signing of the Todd Boehly era. (The Athletic)
Arsenal’s chase for a new midfielder is now taking them to N’Golo Kante. The Gunners are eyeing a shock raid for the French international, who has now entered the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge, though you would imagine that Chelsea would loathe to sell him to Arsenal. (Daily Star)
Everton are in the market for a new full back and are now turning their attention to Southampton’s Kyle Walker-Peters. Frank Lampard is understood to be a big fan of Walker-Peters but whether Southampton can be talked into selling remains to be seen. (Mirror)
Newcastle have been offered both Maxwell Cornet and Emmanuel Dennis as they chase a new winger. Cornet and Dennis suffered relegation with Burnley and Watford respectively and would jump at Premier League returns, with Newcastle now weighing up moves. (Chronicle)

The Netherlands drew 1-1 with Sweden in the Women’s European Championships on Saturday. Vivianne Miedema was the star attraction at Bramall Lane but she couldn’t get on the scoresheet as Wolfsburg’s Jill Roord rescued a point for the Dutch.
Chelsea are heading to the United States for their pre-season tour but N’Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek won’t be allowed to travel due to their vaccination status. (Chelsea official website)
