Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Everton feature…
The latest transfer talk you need to know…
Liverpool scrutiny
Liverpool are unconvinced over the future of defender Mamadou Sakho, according to a new report. The Telegraph write that he and Jose Enrique are uncertain to escape the axe next summer, writing: “They only tend to feature in the event of injury and suspension and would both be sold if the right offer was forthcoming next summer.”
The report adds that there are question marks over Kolo Toure, Jon Flanagan, Brad Jones and Glen Johnson, all of who have contracts which expire at the end of the current season.
Crystal Palace eye pair
Crystal Palace are considering a double swoop for two players. The Star claim they are hopeful of signing Bafetimbi Gomis from Swansea City, who has struggled since signing in the summer. The second name linked is Lille left-back Pape Souare, with the French side looking for £3 million.
Everton eye Januzaj?
Everton are hopeful of being able to loan Adnan Januzaj from Manchester United, report The Mirror. Hull City are also optimistic regarding the Belgian international, and former boss David Moyes is also keen on bringing him to Real Sociedad. Januzaj has made only four starts for the Red Devils this season, but The Times reported last week that United do not plan on allowing him to leave.
