Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City are reportedly keen on signing the Trabzonspor youngster.

Trabzonspor have received offers for reported Tottenham and Leicester target Abdülkadir Ömür, according to the Turkish club’s president Ahmet Agaoglu.
Spurs and the Foxes are both interested in signing the 18-year-old, according to Turkish media outlet Haberturk, with reports suggesting that the Premier duo are prepared to offer Trabzonspor around £20 million in order to secure his services.

Ömür is a right midfielder by trade, but he can play anywhere along the middle of the park, and he is an exceptionally gifted talent.
The Trabzonspor youngster has been dubbed the Turkish Messi, according to the Sun, and he has the potential to go on and become one of the continent’s best players.
The Turkish club’s president Ahmet Agaoglu told Turkish Football that there have been bids made for Ömür, although he did not go on to say which clubs have submitted offers:

“We have received offers for Abdulkadir Omur but have not made a decision yet.”
One of those clubs could very well be Tottenham, however. Turkish journalist Erdal Hos told TVNet that Spurs have made a concrete offer for Ömur:
“There is a concrete offer from Tottenham for Abdulkadir Omur.”
The 18-year-old Turk would obviously be a signing made with one eye on the future for whichever club wins the race for his signature, but he is one seriously exciting prospect nonetheless.
