Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is being linked with a move to Chelsea, but Tottenham Hotspur would be a far better fit for the midfielder.

Tottenham Hotspur have been a little slow in regard to transfer activity so far this summer, but one player they should be snapping up ahead of London rivals Chelsea is Aston Villa‘s Jack Grealish.
The 22-year-old had an excellent campaign last season en route to a play-off final at Wembley, which has allegedly sparked interest from a number of clubs in the Premier League.

The Sun reports that Chelsea are sniffing around Grealish, but that Tottenham are also poised to make a ‘take-it-or-leave it’ offer of £15m for the Republic of Ireland international. However, Spurs should get a little more serious about this deal.
The north Londoners do not want to be outbid, because Grealish is a highly promising talent who could really flourish under Mauricio Pochettino – a known advocate for youth – next season.

With Mousa Dembele being linked with a move to Juventus, there could be a genuine chance of Grealish getting some decent game time with Tottenham; game time that might include playing in the Champions League, rather than the Europa League with Chelsea.
Grealish lost his way slightly upon Villa’s relegation to the Championship in 2016, but recently he has reminded everyone just what a precocious talent he is.
Tottenham would be getting a solid technical player who can carry the ball as well as be firm in the tackle, and such versatility would come in extremely handy with Spurs competing across four competitions once again.
