The Dutchman has really struggled for form since joining Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2016.

Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen spoke to reporters about his future last night, and insisted that he wants everything sorted out as soon as possible one way or another, as quoted by Football.London.
The Dutchman joined Spurs from AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £17 million, according to BBC Sport, but he failed to establish himself as a first team regular in north London.

Janssen scored just six goals in 39 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham, and he was swiftly farmed out to Fenerbahce on loan in the summer of 2017.
Every Love Island contestant if they were an England player – World Cup!
His form hasn’t been much better in Turkey either, with just five goals in 18 appearances in all competitions for Fenerbahce to his name.
The 24-year-old spoke to reporters last night, and responded when asked where he believes he will be playing his football next season, as quoted by Football.London:

“I will soon report back to Tottenham and we will see what happens. I want to play, that’s important. Last season I was injured at Fenerbahçe for a long time. We are going to find the best solution. I just want to play football now, whether it’s at Tottenham, Fenerbahçe or somewhere else. I have my ideas about that, hopefully there will be more clarity soon.”
Spurs fans will probably not lose any sleep if Janssen did end up leaving White Hart Lane, but much will depend on how much Tottenham can recoup for his services.
The Holland international earns £34,000 per week at Spurs, according to Spotrac, and getting him of the wage bill will surely be a priority for the north London outfit this summer.
