Everton should make a move for the Tottenham Hotspur ace this summer.

Everton boss Marco Silva faces a vitally important summer ahead of him, if he is to guide his side back into contention for the European places this season, after their disappointing campaign last term.
One particular area where the Portuguese will want to strengthen is his central midfield department, especially with the Daily Star reporting that Morgan Schneiderlin is on his way to Marseille.

With this in mind, Everton should consider a move for Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama, who is attracting attention from Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund, according to the Sun.
The Kenyan is an incredibly powerful deep-lying midfielder, and his robust, tenacious playing style is exactly what the Toffees need in the middle of the park.

Wanyama joined Tottenham from Southampton in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £11 million, and he has gone on to make 71 appearances for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Spurs value the 27-year-old at around £45 million, according to the Sun, and with Everton’s financial backing, that should not represent a problem for the Merseysiders.

Wanyama still has a lot to offer at the very highest level, despite not being considered a regular starter for Tottenham, and his arrival at Goodison Park would provide the Blues with a much more solid feel to their setup.
And he could prove to be the signing that takes Everton to another level this season.
