Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on signing the Amiens ace.

According to French media out L’Equipe, Tottenham are weighing up a €40 million (£35 million) bid for Amiens ace Tanguy Ndombele, and whilst it would seem like a risky move at first glance, it could turn out to be a masterstroke by Mauricio Pochettino.
The 21-year-old central midfielder spent last seaosn on loan with Lyon, making 47 appearances in all competitions, but a switch to the Premier League could prove to be a real step up in both quality and intensity.
He is a wonderfully talented footballer, though, and signing him for £35 million could turn out to be inspired business from Spurs, especially if they sell Mousa Dembele for £30 million.

Italian media outlet Tuttosport claims that Inter Milan and Juventus have been quoted £30 million for the Belgian’s signature, and if Tottenham manage to sell him for that amount, before bringing in Ndombele for just five million more, it could turn out to be really smart business for the Lilywhites.
The France under-21 international is nine years younger than Dembele, and if he goes on to fulfil his potential, he could go on to become one of Europe’s best central midfield players.

Ndombele is incredibly powerful, and his box-to-box nature enables him to contribute both defensively and offensively for his team.
There would be question marks regarding his ability to cut it in the Premier League, however, what with its high-octane nature, but in today’s day and age, £35 million could go down as a real snip, and it might just make a move for the Frenchman totally worth the risk for Tottenham.
