Tottenham host Antwerp in their final Europa League group game on Thursday in a game that will decide who tops Group J.
Antwerp have been the surprise package of the competition so far, winning four of their five group games so far, including an impressive win against Tottenham in the reverse fixture.
Spurs will of course want to top the group in order to avoid a tougher draw in the knockout stages, and in order to keep confidence high after a remarkable run of results in the league.
However, with two tough games against Crystal Palace and Liverpool coming up in the next week, Spurs may be tempted to rotate their squad for this game of lesser importance, and Mourinho has to delicately balance his team selection for this one.

The back five is the same as we saw against LASK in their last Europa League game, and that means there are five changes from their game against the Gunners.
The midfield has a number of changes in it as Harry Winks and Dele Alli come in for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Giovani Lo Celso.
Moussa Sissoko retains his starting spot while Hojbjerg misses out, despite playing in every Europa League game so far, after reportedly missing training ahead of this match.
The attack is the same as what we saw line up against LASK as Gareth Bale, Lucas Moura and Carlos Vinicius make up the front three.
