Tottenham midfielder is back in France’s squad.

Moussa Sissoko’s resurgence at Tottenham Hotspur has been rewarded with a recall to France’s international squad.
Sissoko’s call may only have come after Paul Pogba dropped out with injury, but it is nonetheless welcome recognition for the Tottenham star.
Sissoko is now in his third season at Tottenham and he appears to finally have won supporters over.
His performances in recent weeks have been his best at the club so far in terms of quality and consistency.
It backs the midfielder’s decision to stay put at Tottenham when he would have had every right to demand to be sold in the summer.
Sissoko managed only 23 Premier League starts out of a possible 72 during his first two seasons at the club.

Predictably his status as a France international suffered and he missed out on the World Cup.
It would have been perfectly understandable if Sissoko chose to hand in a transfer request.
Instead his loyalty to the Tottenham cause has been rewarded and he finally looks like he belongs.
Sissoko has six league starts for Spurs this season, just two fewer than he managed in his debut season at the club.
