The Tottenham Hotspur star conceded a goal and suffered a serious injury in one incident today.

Mauricio Pochettino has admitted that a serious injury to Hugo Lloris had a ‘massive impact’ on Tottenham Hotspur’s latest defeat.
Spurs’ season took another turn for the worse after losing 3-0 at Brighton & Hove Albion this afternoon.
Tottenham’s goalkeeper suffered a gruesome elbow injury in the mistake that he made which led to Neal Maupay opening the scoring.
The World Cup winner fumbled a routine cross from Pascal Gross as Maupay headed home from a yard out, but Lloris landed awkwardly and needed oxygen as he was stretchered off the field in the first half.
His replacement, Paulo Gazzaniga, wound up conceding two more goals in what was another horrific day for Pochettino’s side, who lost 7-2 to Bayern Munich in the Champions League this week.
And the Argentine manager admitted to Football London that the injury to Lloris clearly had an affect on his outfield team-mates.
He said: “Of course [Lloris’ injury] affected the game. We cannot take the credit from Brighton, but the team suffered a massive impact from that action.
“We tried to find a different way to play in the second half and we didn’t have much luck.”
