Tottenham Hotspur have a number of talented youngsters for fans to get excited about over the coming years.

Dane Scarlett is the leading hot prospect at Spurs right now, but the likes of Marcel Lavinier, Nile John, Alfie Devine and Troy Parrott also look to have real potential.

Tonight though, one Spurs talent has taken a huge step in his development – and we have to travel to Estonia for the news.

Estonia have been taking on the Czech Republic in a World Cup qualifier tonight, and Maksim Paskotski was an interesting name in their starting XI.

The 18-year-old was making his first international start at senior level, and Tottenham fans should feel pretty excited about him now.

Paskotsi, 18, joined Spurs from FC Flora in Estonia back in September, and has been playing in the Under-18 Premier League.

Despite being a centre back, Paskotski has remarkably scored five goals in 14 appearances, proving to be a huge goal threat.

Tonight is another indication that Spurs have a real talent on their hands, and Paskotsi could make the breakthrough in the coming years.

The night didn’t exactly end well though, as West Ham United’s Tomas Soucek smashed a hat-trick against Paskotsi in a thumping victory – a steep learning curve for Paskotsi as he ultimately pushes for the Premier League.
