Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane proved he had nerves of steel as he scored two penalties for England against Colombia.
One came in normal time, extending his lead in the Golden Boot race, with the second coming in a dramatic shootout.

England needed spot kicks to see off a dogged Colombia after a bad tempered last 16 match which threatened to boil over in the second half.
Kane won England’s penalty after he was fouled in the box by Carlos Sanchez.

Kane appeared overcome with emotion after teammate Eric Dier’s winning spot kick which booked England’s place in the World Cup quarter-finals.
The Three Lions face Sweden in the last eight and will be up against Russia or Croatia in the semi-finals.
If they can get to the final, one of Uruguay, France, Belgium or Brazil awaits.
