Tottenham Hotspur will play Juventus in the knock-out stages of the Champions League.
Spurs hitman Harry Kane spoke to reporters in the aftermath of yesterday’s Champions League draw, delivering his verdict on his side’s impending two-legged tie with Juventus, and named the player who he is looking forward to facing off against, as quoted by the club’s official website.
Tottenham performed magnificently during the group stage of Europe’s premier competition, recording five wins and a draw in a group that included both Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.
The Old Lady will be a whole different prospect all together, however, especially in the knock-out stage of the Champions League, what with the vast array of experienced world class players currently amongst their squad.

Kane singled out one Juve player in particular, when discussing his side’s chances of progressing through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, as quoted by Tottenham Hotspur.com:

“He’s a fantastic defender, one of the best I’ve played against in my career so far. Everyone knows how good Italian teams are defensively and Juventus have been great in the Champions League over recent years, so consistent. We know it will be tough but we’re looking forward to it.”
Spurs’ two-legged clash with the Italian champions will be played on February 13th and March 7th respectively.
Mauricio Pochettino will have to ensure his side remain focused on domestic duties up until then, however, with their place inside the top four far from guaranteed this season.
