Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen created eight chances against Watford on Saturday.

After a brief spell of struggling for form in late December and early January, Eriksen is back to his very best, and caused Watford a whole world of trouble at the weekend.

Eriksen created eight goalscoring chances in the 1-0 win, the most he has laid on in a league game at White Hart Lane this season.

Eriksen has only topped the eight key passes mark once away from home, a fortnight earlier against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, when he made nine.

Spurs should really have beaten Watford by more than one goal, but the three points is vital right now, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side earning their spot in the midst of the title race.

Eriksen also recorded an impressive 88 per cent pass completion rate against Watford, although disappointingly only managed to land a quarter of his shots on target.
