Tottenham Hotspur are looking more attacking firepower ahead of the 2022 transfer windows, and West Ham United winger Jarrod Bowen is wanted.
Tottenham have only managed two goals from open play in six Premier League games this season and look short of ideas going forward.
Adama Traore was wanted last month, but no deal was done.
Now, The Independent claim that Tottenham fancy Jarrod Bowen. Liverpool and Leicester City are also in the mix, though West Ham are reluctant to sell.
Bowen fancied Tottenham move three years ago
Tottenham actually wanted Bowen some years ago.
Bowen was shining for Hull City during the 2018-19 season, constantly looking like a step above the Championship.
Football.London reported in December 2018 that Bowen fancied a move to Tottenham in the upcoming January transfer window.
Tottenham dithered and dallied, failing to make a concrete move for Bowen.
A year later, West Ham swooped in and got him snapped up. Tottenham wanting him now only goes to show that they should have landed him under Mauricio Pochettino and may have missed their chance.

Are Tottenham nearly as appealing now?
Quite frankly, no.
West Ham have Europa League football right now. They’re impressing under David Moyes, building every transfer window and moving forward both on and off the pitch.
Tottenham may traditionally be a bigger club, but they look rudderless throughout the club right now.
Few would trade West Ham for Tottenham right now, and Bowen will be much more difficult to sign now than if Tottenham had made their move three years ago.
