As Tottenham Hotspur prepare to host Manchester United on Thursday, Will Andiyapan has been spotted in first-team training.
A natural centre-back by trade, the youngster, who joined Spurs at just 14 years of age from Arsenal is thought to be one of the club’s most talented youth prospects.
So much so that as Tottenham Hotspur get ready to lock horns against Manchester United, Will Andiyapan has been pictured in training with the senior side.

The 18-year-old has been branded as a ‘versatile defender’ by the club’s official website, who have added that he is ‘capable of playing anywhere across the back line.’
While some Spurs fans may assume that Andiyapan could be in with a chance of starting against United after their side’s shambolic defensive display against Newcastle United, that would be a case of getting carried away.
However, Getty Images have captured Will Andiyapan pressuring Richarlison and playing alongside Japhet Tanganga in Tottenham training ahead of his side’s upcoming contest against Manchester United.

The young buck has certainly been given a huge vote of confidence from caretaker boss Ryan Mason.
HITC View: Will Andiyapan could be the answer to a major squad problem for years to come
It is no coincidence that the day Cristian Stellini decided to play a back four, his team were pumped 6-1 by the Magpies.
While the full-backs Stellini opted to play can be called into question, it still does expose the fragilities of his individual defenders.
If Will Andiyapan proves to be the real deal in training ahead of games such as against Manchester United, he could perhaps become a starting central defender for Tottenham in the future.
Spurs would benefit from Andiyapan’s rise, as their current options in the position are underwhelming to say the least.
