It has been claimed that Chelsea remain assured of beating Tottenham Hotspur in the transfer battle for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen this summer.
The £41.5 million (Football Italia) man would reportedly love to join Bayern Munich as per a revelation in March.
However, it seems as if Chelsea have full faith in the fact that if it especially comes down to a transfer tug-of-war between them and Tottenham Hotspur, they would end up signing Victor Osimhen.

Some may wonder what the reason is behind the Blues’ confidence, considering it is almost certain they will not qualify for the Champions League next season.
In addition, their recruitment has become a laughing stock amongst the masses, as have been all things at Stamford Bridge since Todd Boehly’s arrival.
However, a report by 90 Min has explained that Chelsea are confident about not just beating Tottenham but other sides in the race for Victor Osimhen even without Champions League football.

It has also been mentioned that Frank Lampard’s side believe the Nigerian international is keen on moving to Cobham, as playing in the Premier League remains his dream, with Didier Drogba being his idol.
Another worry for Tottenham when it comes to the transfer of Victor Osimhen is that Chelsea are aware that they could fund a move for him, considering attackers like Kai Havertz, Hakim Ziyech, Conor Gallagher and Christian Pulisic could be sold this summer.
Considering Manchester United and Bayern Munich have been sniffing around to sign Harry Kane, this would come as a big blow to Spurs fans.
Then again, the Blues have shown a tendency to bully oppositions in such transfer wars, as was seen with their signing of Arsenal-linked winger Mykhaylo Mudryk.
