Tottenham Hotspur appear to be keen on Norwegian goalkeeper Isak Middtun Solberg.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are desperate for new additions this summer, with Mauricio Pochettino’s men still to make an addition ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Supporters want to see major new signings arrive before the start of the season, but it’s unclear just how much Pochettino will be given to spend in the final weeks of the transfer window.
Spurs have developed a number of young players in recent years, and they may be looking at a young star of the future at a time when fans are hoping for first-team reinforcements.
Norwegian goalkeeper Isak Middtun Solberg has come up through the ranks with FK Byrne, and at just 15, already stands at 6ft 3in tall and plays for Norway’s Under-15’s.
As one of the top young talents in Scandinavia, Solberg is bound to attract interest, just like other Norwegian wonderkids like Kristoffer Ajer, Martin Odegaard and former Byrne prodigy Erling Haaland.
Now, Tottenham are making their move for Solberg, as Byrne’s development manager Even Sel has told Fædrelandsvennen that the teenager is heading for a trial with the North London club.

As per Sel, Solberg will head to Tottenham next week to train with their Under-16 and Under-18 in the hope of eventually winning a deal and following in the footsteps of former Spurs goalkeeper and fellow Norwegian Erik Thorstvedt.
With Hugo Lloris, Michel Vorm and Paulo Gazzaniga on board, Tottenham have a host of goalkeepers, but may well see Solberg as a star of the future, with his trial now key.
