A select round-up of the latest news relating to Tottenham Hotspur…
According to Sky Sports, Swansea City are expected to complete the signing of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Carroll on Monday.
The fringe player is said to have undergone a medical at the Liberty Stadium this weekend and if everything goes according to plan, he will finalise a permanent move away from Tottenham in the next few hours.
Assuming there are no late sticking points, it would be a sensible move for a player who has fallen down the pecking order at White Hart Lane this season.

In other news, the Sun claims Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is planning a £20million raid on Tottenham for Wales international Ben Davies.
The full-back would certainly come in handy at the Etihad Stadium as the Blues’ shaky defence was torn to shreds against Everton earlier today.
However the prospect of Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino sanctioning a move, and strengthening a title rival in the process, seems highly unlikely.

And finally, the Spanish website Sport.es is reporting that Adidas want Real Madrid to make a move for Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli.
The England international is in great form this season and it is claimed the sport retailer wants Alli to be the face of their brand – at Madrid.
Again, we cannot see this happening given his long-term contract in North London and his importance to Spurs.
