A select round-up of the latest news relating to Tottenham Hotspur…

Those Tottenham Hotspur fans waiting eagerly (and perhaps nervously) for the club to announce Georges-Kevin N’Koudou will be interested to read the latest news from Italy.
Calcio Mercato claims a deal for Marseille winger N’Koudou has been agreed for some time and the only hold up is while Clinton N’Jie completes his move in the opposite direction.

The Cameroon international is set to move on loan to Ligue 1 in a bid to kick-start his career after a disappointing debut campaign in North London.
However, there are contrasting reports from Talk Sport, who claim Marseille are growing increasingly frustrated with Tottenham over their refusal to allow N’Jie to travel to France to negotiate a move.
Given that he is not part of Tottenham’s pre-season tour of Australia, this one seems rather strange.

And finally, Nabil Bentaleb’s agent has reportedly told Portuguese newspaper Record that his client would prefer to stay in England despite claims he could be on his way to Benfica.
The Algerian international is allegedly a loan target for the Primeira Liga side, but after Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino confirmed Bentaleb was not in his plans for next season it seems the midfielder would prefer to stay in England in a bid to prove his worth.
