Tottenham Hotspur host Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, with the likes of Dele Alli, Victor Wanyama, Serge Aurier, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele & Jan Vertonghen nursing injuries.

Tottenham defender Serge Aurier has ‘returned to training’, whilst the club will ‘assess’ Dele Alli ahead of their clash against Wolves on Saturday at Wembley.
The club’s official Twitter account provided an injury update on six senior players, including Mousa Dembele, Eric Dier, Jan Vertonghen and Victor Wanyama, who are in different stages of their rehab.
It remains to be seen if midfielder Alli takes to the field against Nuno Espirito’s men after he missed his side’s 5-0 demolition of Bournemouth on Boxing Day.
The news that right-back Aurier is back in training will please supporters as Tottenham are in the middle of a busy festive schedule.
As for the other defensive quartet, Dier, Vertonghen, Dembele and Wanyama – the latter two have been on the sidelines for the longest as they have not played since the start of November.
Powerhouse Wanyama has played the least amount of minutes from the six sidelined players, with the Kenyan only starting one Premier League encounter this term.

In their absence, Spurs have surged up the Premier League table after winning five games on the bounce – they are currently second, six points behind leaders Liverpool, who are yet to taste defeat this season.
Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping he can have the majority of his players fit for January as the London club have a number of big games, including their two-legged Carabao Cup semi-final against Chelsea.
