Tottenham are reportedly targeting Viktor Tsyhankov.

Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing up a move for winger Viktor Tsyhankov, according to TEAMtalk.

Tsyhankov is Dynamo Kiev’s most exciting talent and it was his emergence which helped minimise the inevitable sale of Andriy Yarmolenko in 2017.

Yarmolenko was sold to Dortmund but not before an 18-year-old Tsyhankov had made an impact.

Kiev’s official website reported in 2016 how the club’s fans had voted Tsyhankov their player of the month after he won four man-of-the-match awards in five games.

Yarmolenko signed for West Ham in the summer for £17.5 million and has just been hit by bad news, with BBC Sport reporting he has suffered a torn Achilles, leading to a potential six month spell on the sidelines.

By time he next lines up in a derby against Spurs, Yarmolenko could be going up against his former Kiev protege.

Tsyhankov, now 20, is a fan favourite at Kiev and has five goals and five assists in 18 games this season to date.

Tottenham could soon have the Premier League’s best Ukrainian winger.
