Richarlison has starred for Watford this season, reportedly attracting interest from Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea.

Richarlison de Andrade of Watford takes a shot and misses during the Premier League match between Watford and West Bromwich Albion at Vicarage Road on March 3, 2018 in Watford, England.

Reportedly a target for Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Chelsea, Brazilian flyer Richarlison has certainly caught the eye this season. But he has told FourFourTwo that his only focus is on current club Watford.

The 20-year-old has starred for the Hornets this season, scoring five goals and turning provider a further five times for the Hertfordshire-based club which has alerted the Premier League high flyers.

Joining Watford for just £11million in the summer from Brazilian outfit Fluminese, Richarlison still has a contract at Watford until the summer of 2022 – which the London Evening Standard claim is worth £20,000 a week.

However, Richarlison stated that his future remains on helping Watford but did admit that he wants to play at the highest level possible, claiming other players would be lying if they said different.

“Look, everybody wants financial security for their family, and when a player says otherwise, he’s lying. If I play at a really high level, opportunities will come my way,” Richarlison said.

“But right now my mind is focused on Watford. I will raise my level. I think about playing in the Champions League and being the top scorer in the Premier League.”

His ambitions of the Champions League seem a bit too far-fetched for Javi Gracia’s side at the moment, and it will be interesting to see where the Brazilian will be stationed after the summer transfer window.

The versatile attacker will be hoping to continue helping Watford in their fight to stay out of a Premier League relegation dogfight, with three wins in four helping them do just that. A win against Arsenal on Sunday will take them to 39 points, one away from the magical 40.
