Joshua King has told The Sunday Times his dream is to play Champions League football.
The paper report how both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle are interested in signing King, who has scored 16 goals for Bournemouth this season and exceeded expectations.
King admits he does not know where his future lies, even though he insists he is very happy at Bournemouth and believes there is more he can achieve with the club.

He said: “With football you can never guarantee anything. If someone comes in for me and the club want to get their money, you can’t guarantee it.
“My dream is to play for a Champions League team, but I’ve learnt so much from the gaffer and I want to help the club climb even higher.”

Spurs can offer King Champions League football next season, having secured second place in the Premier League.
His comments do though suggest Newcastle’s hopes of signing King are very slim.
While the Toon and Bournemouth could agree a fee, the club are not in a position to offer King a chance at the Champions League.
King is happy at Bournemouth where he is finally flourishing, and would only look to leave for what he considers an exceptional opportunity.
Spurs should be confident they possess that, but Newcastle face a tough task to convince him.
