Paco Alcacer seemingly has no intentions of joining Tottenham.
Valencia striker Paco Alcacer has no intention of quitting the club.
The recently capped Spanish international was linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend by The Mirror.
He has just over 18 months remaining on his contract, and he says he intends to sign a new one as soon as it is put to him.
Quizzed over his future by Marca, he responded: “I’m not worried about it, I have a clear ideas of what I want.
“I’m busy playing games, but when everything is finished, I shall talk and sign.
“Players are here to play.”
The Mirror’s report claimed Spurs were willing to meet Alcacer’s €15m release clause. But seemingly from his comments, even if the chance to move were put to him, he would turn down a move.
The last striker Tottenham signed from Valencia was Roberto Soldado.
