Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly haggling with Aston Villa over Jack Grealish.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is still trying to sign Aston Villa star Jack Grealish for under £20 million, according to The Mirror.
The 22-year-old has been linked with Tottenham – among others – for most of the transfer window.
Aston Villa value him at £30 million and have refused to budge on this price, so is Levy is taking a massive risk?
The Spurs supremo is well known to be a fierce negotiator but haggling over £10 million doesn’t appear to be a very wise strategy by him.
If the Lilywhites were the only interested club then it might be okay, but Grealish also has potential suitors in Liverpool and Everton [The Daily Mail].
It’s a crazy stance by Levy by virtue of the fact that at any moment Aston Villa could get their £30 million asking price from another club – especially with only 13 days left in the transfer window.
Grealish, under Mauricio Pochettino, could develop into a truly special talent and one who could be worth a colossal amount of money in the near future if he dazzles in North London.
So why is Levy haggling over £10 million when it’s not a stretch to suggest he could be worth at least 10 times that amount over the coming years? Not only is Grealish supremely talented, but he is also English and if Pochettino gets the best out of him then his value will go through the roof.
The Lilywhites must front up the £30 million and get it over with.
