Mauricio Pochettino has created a feeling of real togetherness at Tottenham Hotspur during his time at the club.
Tottenham’s Dele Alli celebrates
Spurs star Dele Alli took part in a light-hearted interview with comedian Lloyd Griffiths for BBC Three’s Taxi to Training, and opened up on his close friendship with teammate Eric Dier.
The pair are incredibly close, both on and off the pitch, and are often very much in sync, whatever it is they are doing.
The 20-year-old former MK Dons man is currently enjoying his second full season at White Hart Lane, whilst it is the third season with the club for the 23-year-old England international.
Both Alli and Dier have combined superbly well when playing for Tottenham, with the latter sitting deeper, picking out the former’s intelligent runs on a regular basis.
Alli tends to get more praise and media attention, due to his goals and assists, but Dier performs an equally important role for the Lilywhites.
And the 20-year-old explained just how close he and the former Sporting Lisbon man are, when speaking on BBC Three’s Taxi to Training:

“We’re definitely friends for life, whatever happens in our careers hopefully we stay together.”
Both players have been linked with moves to some of Europe’s biggest clubs over the past few months, with Manchester United thought to be keeping tabs on Dier (the Sun), and Manchester City keen on Alli (the Sun).
After Alli’s words, however, the pair are sure to remain close, whatever path their careers take.
