The Tottenham Hotspur supremo is widely considered to be one of the best managers in the game.

Tottenham stopper Hugo Lloris sat down for an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, and shared what he believes is Mauricio Pochettino’s main strength as a manager.
The Argentine was handed the reigns at Spurs in May 2014, and has earned many plaudits for the manner in which he has gone about his business in north London thus far.

The Lilywhites are one of the most exciting teams to watch in Europe, and there is a genuine feeling emanating from the club that they are on the verge of achieving something special under Poch.
Lloris has been a mainstay for Tottenham, since joining them from Lyon in the summer of 2012, for around £8 million, and the Frenchman raved about the quality of his manager, when speaking to Sky Sports, singling out the Argentine’s best attribute:

“I think his main skill is his energy. This is what he has changed inside this building, a new energy, very positive, and you can see the spirit is fantastic inside the changing room and on the training ground. The mentality of work, that’s a part of his philosophy to work hard, and I think now all the players have the same point of view.”
The north London outfit currently sit in fourth position in the Premier League table, and are still going strong in the FA Cup and the Champions League.
The one question mark that hangs over Pochettino’s head is whether he has the ability to guide his side to a major trophy, and the next few months will represent him with a real opportunity to prove any doubters that he has wrong.
